Coeur d'Alene QB visits Wazzu this weekend

TUCKED AWAY NEAR the Idaho-Washington border, prep prospects can have a hard time getting noticed out on the recruiting trail in Coeur d'Alene. But quarterback Gunnar Amos isn't your typical prospect. This Saturday, he and a fellow teammate will be in Pullman for WSU's Junior Day event.

Amos has been hearing from the Cougs consistently since September and although an offer isn't yet on the table, he told CF.C it's something he hopes comes soon. "I would love to go play there," Amos said. "They're definitely my number one choice right now. What QB wouldn't want to go play for a coach who likes to throw the ball 40 times a game...
