Idaho prep star athlete TYLER KUDER has narrowed his college selection down to a decision between two old rivals: Idaho and Washington State. So far the Vandals look like they are in the driver's seat, but the 6-4, 260-pound All-State offensive lineman (1st Team) and linebacker (2nd Team) has a trip planned to Pullman this Saturday to watch the Cougars, with a final decision to follow soon.
